WHEN TO DRINK IT
A MODERN APERITIVO
The first drink is the one that sets the evening. ūmmi is made for that hour: five o'clock onward, and perfect for sunset shared with friends. Aperitivo, aperitif or however you choose to describe that moment when only a light and refreshing drink will suit.
It sits where a spritz would, when a beer is too heavy, cider is too sugary, and wine won't work. Naturally fermented from organic green tea grown in the Azores, fermented dry using champagne yeast, lightly sparkling, 6% ALC from natural fermentation. No alcohol added, no artificial flavours.

What is ūmmi?
A naturally fermented 6% alc sparkling drink. We ferment organic green tea from the Azores, then take it further with a second fermentation using champagne yeast, which is where the alcohol comes from. The result is 6% ALC with no spirits added. As our customers tell us, ūmmi just feels better than other drinks, and this is why.
How much sugar is in it?
Between 0.2g and 1.8g per 100ml, depending on the flavour. We naturally ferment the base of the drink dry, so the only sugar left comes from the organic juices we add as the last step. Flavours vary in perceived sweetness: Ginger & Lemon is the driest at 0.6g of sugar per can, and Mango & Turmeric is the juiciest while still under 6g per can.
Is it vegan and gluten free?
Yes to both, and certified organic.
