Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on orders over €50

Shipping speed and other shipping options are selected at checkout.

Delivery is currently available for Portugal, Denmark, Sweden, and Germany. Shipping times and prices vary for each region.

PORTUGAL DELIVERY: In order to ensure that we can deliver your package to you on time, we require a phone number that can be used by our delivery service to contact you at the time of drop-off. If the delivery service is unable to contact you, they will try again the next day. If the delivery is unsuccessful three (3) times, then the shipment will be sent back to us. If you live in this region and have any issues or questions about your order or delivery, please email hello@ummikombucha.com. 

DENMARK / GERMANY / SWEDEN DELIVERY: We use a third-party logistics partner to deliver your ummi order. They are currently unable to deliver to your door. Your delivery will go to the closest post office to your location. You will be notified by email and SMS that your package is available for pickup. Please bring a photo ID to verify your age and that you are the intended recipient of the package.
